Himilo Womenís Health and Wellbeing seeks to improve health and wellness for women in the community.
Regular exercise classes, optional health information and conversational English workshops are provided through a relaxed, social setting each week.
Program activities include:
- Weekly 45-minute exercise session facilitated by a professional trainer (appropriate for any fitness level)
- Physical and mental health and wellbeing workshops
- Conversational English classes lead by specialised teachers
Currently, Himilo Womenís Health and Wellbeing is held each Tuesday from 12.30pm Ė 3.00pm in Shop 60, The Mall, West Heidelberg.
